Gwyneth Paltrow's Boob Job

The stunning actress, who has a 19-month-old daughter and is four months pregnant with her second child, claims breastfeeding changed the shape of her chest and she now wants surgery.

The blonde actress - who is renowned for her love of alternative therapies, macrobiotic diets and yoga - says the operation would be a necessity, not a luxury.

She revealed: “I think women who have breastfed understand what I'm saying - that if you get a boob job it's more reconstructive surgery, actually, than cosmetic surgery.”
