It would also be the best if you can find out if you will have to pay for the cost of shipping them back or if the company you are shipping the product to will shoulder the cost of the return shipment.

Lastly, check when they are expected to deliver the item at your doorstep, especially if you need it at a certain date. While most online stores ship the items bought from their website at record time, it is best to know exactly when you can expect your purchases to arrive so you would not be left hanging.
