You will need less salt which means less bloating! 7. Garnish almost any dish with fruit or vegetable salsa for an intense burst of fat-free flavor. 8. Skip the cream, milk and butter in pureed soups. To get the cremy consistency without the fat, blend in 1 large boiled potato. The starch in the potato will give a richer consistency and won't affect the flavor of the final dish. |
