Pearl Drop Recipe - Creamy white chocolate drink with a surprise at the bottom of the glass!

1 milk chocolate kiss
2 tbsp. Half-and-half cream (or milk)
1 oz. (2 tbsp.) Vodka
1/2 tbsp. Chocolate-flavored liqueur (1/4 oz.)
1/2 tbsp. Irish cream liqueur
2-4 ice cubes

Place chocolate kiss at the bottom of a small glass.

Measure next 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes. Replace lid. Hold firmly and shake vigorously until cold. Strain with a sieve into prepared glass.

Makes a 1/3 cup serving.

Orange Almond Cocktail Recipe - Delicious drink with a vibrant presentation.

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vodka
2 tbsp. Almond-flavored liqueur (such as Amaretto), 1 oz.
4 ice cubes
1/4 cup crushed ice
1/4 tsp. (1 mL) grenadine syrup

Measure orange juice, vodka and liqueur into cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and replace lid. Hold firmly and shake vigorously until cold. Strain through sieve into a 2-cup (500 mL) liquid measure. Makes approximately 1 1/3 cups (325 mL).

Spoon crushed ice into 2 small glasses. Pour orange juice mixture over top. Drizzle each with grenadine. Do not stir. Serves 2.

Applecot Cider Recipe - Sweet apple cider with a blend of tangy apricot and ginger.

3/4 oz. package of apple cider mix
1 tbsp. (1/2 oz.) Apricot brandy
1 tbsp. Ginger orange liqueur (or peach-flavored liqueur)

Prepare apple cider mix in a small mug according to package instructions.

Add brandy and liqueur and stir. Makes about 1 cup (250 mL), 1 serving.
